Adjacent Development Projects on the owner’s land

The owner’s 25 acre parcel surrounds Mary’s Lake Lodge on three sides. Portions have been sold to the developer of the Kiowa Ridge subdivision, for a new project of approximately 20 high end town houses. The remainder of the land will contain two building lots and a four plus acre conservation easement. The remainder of the land which includes the lot for the cohousing community will be retained by the owner for future development compatible with the cohousing project.
