Where does this project fit between those participant initiated and developer driven projects?The best answer is somewhere in between. Here, the landowner is the
developer, and expects to make the development his home. You can look at it this
way, the land has been selected, major costs have been incurred to bring
utilities to the site, and the terrain creates the “footprint” for the location
of the buildings. So, the basic framework has been set in place. The style of
the buildings, as noted, should be in keeping with the region and adjacent
