Who will your neighbors be?

Immediately to the north a church has recently been completed. Further to the north is Mary’s Lake.

To the immediate north is a second five acre parcel which will either be an expansion or second cohousing project, or a condominium project. South of the cohousing parcel, and south of Kiowa Drive, is the Kiowa Ridge subdivision, which contains 30 lots, ranging in size from 1 to 2 acres, currently priced in the $150,000 to $330,000 range, making it one of the most upscale areas in the community.

To the east, across Mary’s Lake Road is a small undeveloped parcel and beyond that is residential land situated on a low ridge.

Immediately to the west is Mary’s Lake Lodge, an historic property (one of two turn of the century mountain lodges remaining in Colorado) which has recently been rehabilitated and contains a lodge, two restaurants, rental condos as well as owner occupied condos.

West and north west of the lodge is the remainder of the owner’s land, approximately 15 acres, which will be developed with a mix of medium to high end homes and condominiums.
