Who will your neighbors be?Immediately to the north a church has recently been completed. Further to the north is Mary’s Lake. To the immediate north is a second five acre parcel which will either be an expansion or second cohousing project, or a condominium project. South of the cohousing parcel, and south of Kiowa Drive, is the Kiowa Ridge subdivision, which contains 30 lots, ranging in size from 1 to 2 acres, currently priced in the $150,000 to $330,000 range, making it one of the most upscale areas in the community.
