Status of the Development

The owner’s land is part of a joint annexation and general development plan submitted by the owner, and the owners of Kiowa Ridge subdivision and Mary’s Lake Lodge. The general plan was approved by the town of Estes Park in 2001. Since that time, the collaborators have completed the basic infrastructure development for each of the properties. These include:

Construction of a water reservoir and pumping station for fire protection for each of the properties
Completion of the main road to the south of the owner’s land (Kiowa Drive)
Bringing to the property boundaries sewer, additional water lines, natural gas, electricity, and cable
