Estes Park is Where?

Estes Park is a tourist and retirement community, located at the east entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The year round population is about 10,000. It is the only community located “in” the mountains, according to local promotional literature.

Estes Park is located about 65 miles north and west of Denver. Outside of rush hour traffic, its about an hour and fifteen minutes from Estes to the 1 25/1 70 interchange in Denver. It Is 35 miles and 45 minutes from Boulder, about the same distance and time from Loveland, and about an hour from Fort Collins.
